The breakfast I prefer the most is this superfood breakfast bowl with spirulina that I totally recommend you to try. The ingredients are 1 cup (8.8 oz) yogurt; one chopped peach, one teaspoon spirulina, one tablespoon ground linseed. You will not regret and your body will be happy as well.
My chia pudding is always made with yogurt, that’s how I like it the most. And I am adding also frozen berry fruit, beautiful, right?
