Since I am practicing yoga from December 2013 I am always fascinating meeting inspirational yogis around the world, it doesn’t matter it is in person or via social media. Sometimes the long distances fade away when you have something in common. So, just before our summer trip to Valencia, I searched on google for any place where I can practice yoga in the Spanish city. Of course, I searched for some classes in English because the Spanish language is not my strong side. French is, but Spanish – definitely not.
La Ciutat de Les Arts I Les Ciències
Well, while searching for yoga ideas for our week trip I found something that attracts my attention on many levels. The first thing was the place – outdoor classes at the La Ciutat de Les Arts I Les Ciències… One of the emblematic places in Valencia and I can practice yoga there, no way!
Second thing – the schedule was perfect, too – every Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Last but not least, the instructor is someone who definitely I would like to meet in person – yoga girl, a blogger from the U.S. with a wonderful smile, and positive energy that I felt long before our meeting in Spain.
That’s it! I couldn’t ask for more. Immediately, I wrote a short message and after I few minutes I received a welcoming reply with detailed information about the yoga class.
Yoga in Valencia
I started to count the days until the practice. And Sunday came … Of course, nothing can be perfect… This was one of the hottest days of our stay. And if you can’t imagine how hot it was, you can only compare it with the heat in Plovdiv, my hometown. Anyway, after crossing the streets of Valencia the whole day, I was ready to practice some yoga with Jennison and finally to meet her and to have some small talk with her.
Because of the heat, we were only five girls, but it was enough for me! I felt the positive energy after this vinyasa flow practice. The asanas which Jennison showed us were for all levels and in the end, she used an essential oil to help us relax at the maximum. I was really recharged and ready to conquer Valencia.

So, if you are planning to visit Valencia and want to experience our “om trip” do not hesitate to call Jennison, she will wait for you at the exact same spot every Sunday at 7 p.m. during the summer. Thank you, Jennison, thank you, girls! Thank you once again for the great experience and for letting me be part of this! Namaste all!
P.S. I really want to thank Dian Yordanov Photography for the wonderful sunny pictures, thank you, my love! Thank you that we are always next to me, following my crazy yoga journey!
Om, om,
