Last year we did together 90 days of yoga a program which the main purpose was to stimulate you to start an everyday yoga practice at home and I hope that it was something that you liked. For Adriene, I have written in an old post. For a good start of 2017, she has prepared a revolutionary program with 31 free yoga videos. With this program together we will learn how to love ourselves. The main goal is to be more present. The further results that can be achieved are: feeling more smiley, enjoying our bodies, moving with more ease and having more energy for crushing it at life. I AM Yoga Challenge with Erin Motz.

I have already introduced Erin Motz to you in one of my previous posts. For ten days she will present ten different mantras that begin with the affirmation “I am …”. The mantra will be followed by a yoga practice that will work over this affirmation and it will contribute to our physical, mental, and emotional health.
