Healthy breakfast for travelers

I want to share with you an idea for healthy breakfast for travelers (well, not only for travelers :). It will recharge your batteries and will give you a lot of energy and essential nutrients and vitamins 🙂 Try and share. Yummy, yum! Happy October!

Ingredients: 

1 cup (8.8 oz) yogurt

one chopped peach

one teaspoon spirulina

one tablespoon ground linseed.
